Introduction

My name is Eldar Khazirov, and I am a professional driver and logistics expert with nearly 20 years of experience in transportation and freight services in the United States. Since 2006, I have built my career as an owner-operator and commercial driver, covering over 3 million accident-free miles across the country.

I specialize in vehicle transport, freight delivery, and logistics management, and I have worked with leading companies in Pennsylvania, New York, Illinois, and Florida. My career reflects dedication, reliability, and trust—qualities that clients and partners value in the field of transportation services.

Early Career in Philadelphia

I came to the United States in June 2006 and began my professional driving journey in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The same year, I obtained my U.S. driver’s license, and in 2007 I earned my Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).

My first professional role was as an owner-operator at Saturn Auto Trans LLC, where I transported vehicles across different states. I worked with this company from 2007 until 2012. This experience gave me strong expertise in vehicle transport and customer service.

Logistics Experience During Hurricane Sandy

In 2012, when Hurricane Sandy hit New York, transportation and logistics became critical. Many drivers refused to enter affected areas due to difficult conditions, but I accepted the challenge. I joined Traveloko Inc(MurgEx). under contract as an owner-operator, ensuring goods and supplies reached communities in need.

I worked with Traveloko Inc(MurgEx). from 2012 until 2016, gaining experience in long-haul freight delivery and time-sensitive logistics. This period showed my reliability and responsibility, even during emergencies.

Moving to Florida and Expanding Experience

In 2015, I moved with my family from Philadelphia to Jacksonville, Florida, where I continued my career in transportation. Soon after, I joined AD FREIGHT INC. as an owner-operator.

From 2016 until 2025, I worked with AD FREIGHT INC., transporting freight nationwide. This role gave me extensive experience in logistics coordination, long-distance trucking, and fleet operations, further establishing my professional authority in the transportation industry.

Current Role

Since 2025, I proudly serve as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of JAX Limo Services, based in Jacksonville, Florida. In this role, I combine my extensive driving and logistics background with leadership in luxury transportation and limousine services.
